A discipline, not a product
Enterprise Genesis
The discipline of discovering, defining, building and governing AI-native enterprises.
Every enterprise has a unique origin: its vision, judgment, experience, style, relationships and creative logic.
TRNT makes this origin explicit.
UAPK transforms it into a manifest-defined enterprise operated by AI agents under governed authority and continuous verifiable evidence.
Between those two points sits the work: naming what the enterprise actually is, deciding which of its functions may be delegated and under what authority, and building the technical and legal structures that let it operate.
The problem
Generic AI makes enterprises more efficient — and more alike.
Every company can access the same models, copilots and SaaS platforms.
Access to artificial intelligence will not remain a durable competitive advantage.
Efficiency gained from generic tools reaches every competitor at roughly the same time, and it arrives as a floor rather than an edge. What one company gains this way, the market gains.
The scarce asset is the enterprise's own identity: how it understands the world, makes decisions, creates value and accepts responsibility.
Identity is the part that does not transfer. It is accumulated — a way of reading a situation, a threshold for acceptable risk, a standard for what counts as finished work, a set of relationships that took years to earn.
An enterprise should not become a generic wrapper around the same AI used by every competitor. Its AI should express its own vision, judgment, ontology, standards and operating logic.
Origin
Every enterprise begins with an act of responsible creation.
A human being identifies a problem, forms an intention and accepts responsibility for bringing something into existence.
AI can extend, preserve and operationalize that creation. It cannot remove the need for accountable origin.
That is not only a philosophical preference. Responsibility has to attach to someone. A regulator, a court, a client and a counterparty all need a person to address, and no degree of automation supplies one.
Enterprise Genesis therefore begins with two questions.
- What is being created?
- Who stands behind it?
Everything downstream — the ontology, the manifest, the delegated authority, the evidence — is one of those two answers restated more precisely, in a form a machine can act on and a human can still be held to.
The sequence
From human origin to governed operation
Each stage produces the input the next one needs, and nothing in the sequence removes the accountable human at its start. This is not a product roadmap — it is the order in which the information has to exist before the following step is possible at all.

Accountable creation
Human Origin
A person decides what is being created, why it should exist and who stands behind it.

Definition
What is a UAPK Enterprise?
A UAPK Enterprise is a manifest-defined, AI-agent-operated digital enterprise whose roles, capabilities, workflows and authority derive from a compiled enterprise constitution.
"Compiled" is meant literally. The manifest is the source. The compiler produces the artefacts the enterprise actually runs under, so changing how the enterprise behaves means changing a declared, reviewable document rather than scattered configuration nobody can reconstruct afterwards.
The last of the points below is the one that matters most in practice. Autonomy is not the objective. Governed operation is.
- Unique enterprise identity
- Specialized AI workforce
- Explicit roles and responsibilities
- Governed capabilities and delegated authority
- Human escalation where required
- Continuous audit and verifiable evidence
- Controlled evolution rather than uncontrolled autonomy
Agents operate functions; they are not legal persons and do not hold rights or liabilities. Which functions can run under delegated authority is decided function by function, not assumed for the enterprise as a whole.
The system
One system. Four functions.

The Road Not Taken
TRNT identifies what cannot be commoditized: origin, judgment, vision, experience, style, values and enterprise personality. It is deliberately slow work, and it is done with the person who founded the enterprise rather than around them.
Compile & Govern
UAPK
UAPK transforms enterprise identity into a manifest-defined operating system, governs consequential AI actions and produces continuous evidence. It is the infrastructure layer: the compiler, the gateway that stands in front of consequential actions, and the evidence trail both of them leave behind.
Build
Lawkraft
Lawkraft implements the systems, workflows, integrations and technical infrastructure through which the AI-native enterprise becomes operational. This is where an approved manifest turns into running software inside a real organisation, with the tools, data and constraints it already has.
Structure & Protect
Hucke & Sanker
Hucke & Sanker provides legal architecture, intellectual-property protection, enforcement and the legal structures required around the digital enterprise. Its mandates are not limited to any of this: it is a law firm, human-accountable, and much of its work is ordinary intellectual-property practice with no AI dimension at all.
Where this starts
TRNT AI Native Enterprise Proof
The practical starting point is a structured engagement that identifies the enterprise's unique operating logic, creates its initial ontology and manifest, and proves one real AI-operated function under governed authority.
It is scoped to produce a decision rather than a report. At the end there is either a function that demonstrably runs under delegated authority with evidence behind it, or a clear account of why it cannot yet — which is a useful answer too, and a cheaper one to get early.

Open entry point
Open governance for consequential AI actions
UAPK Gateway is the open technical entry point.
It provides policy enforcement, delegated authority, escalation and tamper-evident evidence for AI agents.
It addresses a concrete near-term problem.
As AI systems begin to take consequential actions, enterprises must be able to determine what an agent was allowed to do, why it was allowed, when human approval was required and how the decision can be proven.
Those questions are answerable only where the machinery to answer them was put in place beforehand. Reconstructed after the fact, from logs that were never designed to carry authority, the answers do not hold up.
Developing framework
AI Native should mean more than using AI.
An enterprise is not AI-native merely because employees use copilots or generative tools.
AI-native capability should describe an enterprise whose AI is integrated into its identity, responsibilities, governance and operations — and whose capability can be demonstrated through evidence.
The distinction is becoming commercially load-bearing. Buyers, insurers, auditors and counterparties are starting to ask what an organisation's AI is permitted to do and who authorised it. "We use AI" does not answer that question, and neither does a tool inventory.

This maturity model is a developing framework, not an established formal certification. It carries no accreditation, and nothing here is a regulatory certification or a guarantee of compliance with the EU AI Act or any other regime.
Future architecture
From individual enterprises to an economic network
As AI-native enterprises become operational and verifiable, they may offer services, cooperate, be assessed and eventually participate in a marketplace for enterprise creation, operation and transfer.
The marketplace is a future layer.
Its legitimacy depends on productive enterprises, verifiable evidence, legal adapters and real economic activity.
The order is deliberate: enterprises first, evidence second, market last. A marketplace built before there is anything verifiable to trade is a listing site, not a market.
No such marketplace operates today. Enterprise transfer is not an operational capability, and no token, share or instrument described here is a legally recognised asset class.
Generic intelligence will be available to everyone.Unique, responsible and verifiable enterprise identity will not.
If you understand the nature of a thing, it becomes predictable.
